STAROFIT’s workshop of the future

Ever since its founding, STAROFIT has regarded the training of young people as one of its most important tasks, one that safeguards our own future. Of our more than 50 staff, almost all have received in-house training in the fittings business. Thanks to excellent contacts with schools and associations, we have always been very successful in motivating young people to take up an apprenticeship in the steel trade. Through intensive on-the-job training, our apprentices/trainees are quick to acquire crucial skill that are constantly further extended at school seminars. This helps to develop essential expertise and specialist knowledge and nurtures and encourages the management of the future. This is the sound basis on which we have been able to build our broad spectrum of innovative products, top quality and high flexibility.

Training

In order to be able to master the challenges of the future, we prefer staff that we have trained in-house. We want to win over young people who have both feet firmly on the ground, can grasp the initiative and assert themselves.
