Our highly qualified and experienced staff machine butt-weld fittings and produce turned parts in accordance with the pertinent standards (EN/DIN, ASME) or customise parts to meet special customer specifications – promptly and in top quality.

Our machining centre means we can machine elbows and fittings to customer specifications at a moment’s notice.

• Elbow parts with all degrees of angle required (e.g. 30°, 45°, 60° etc.)
• Internal turning of elbows and fittings up to a diameter of 711.2 mm
• End machining acc. to standards (e.g. ISO 9692-1, DIN 2559-Part 1+2; ASME B 16.25)
• Special end machining according to your own drawing or your specifications

Innovative manufacturing plants and an extensive stock of steel bars and blanks ensure that we can ensure fast delivery of even the most unusual of demands.

• Tees, reducers (concentric and eccentric) and caps made of solid material
• Threaded fittings made of pipe and solid material
• Special turned parts acc. to customer drawings up to 480 mm in diameter

As a TÜV approved manufacturer in compliance with AD 2000-W0 / TRD and PED 97/23/EC, the installation of STAROFIT products is also permitted in plants subject to monitoring.
